Fermented Foods Demystified

Do you love cheese, yogurt, wine, beer, and sourdough bread? Or are you interested in supplementing your health with live foods? Then come join us for a workshop where you will get to learn how to make basic fermented vegetables, and your own soda and yogurt! You will have the opportunity to field any burning questions you may have about fermented food in general, as well as get to taste some of the easy recipes we'll be making. Don't miss out on this opportunity to bring traditional fermented food back into your kitchen.
