The Art & Science of Cheesemaking: Mozzarella
Thursday, June 19 2014, 6:00pm - 8:30pm

Mozzarella is a fresh Italian cheese made in the pasta filata, or “spun paste” tradition. Join artisan cheesemaker Sacha Laurin for this hands-on class. Discover the fun and art of making and stretching your own mozzarella. Each student will leave class with a ball of mozzarella to take home—just in time for summer caprese salads!
