Sacramento Veg Fest

VegFest celebrates everything vegetarian, vegan, and raw vegan, and supports anyone exploring the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle. Everyone is welcome to join in this veggie cornucopia of food, health information and new research, lifestyle strategies and plant-based products.

Meet experts one-on-one and enjoy lectures and book signings by Mariel Hemingway, Dr. Doug Lisle from “Forks Over Knives,” champion vegan Bodybuilder Ed Bauer, and Chef Brooke Preston.

Receive information on the veggie lifestyle, health and medical research, and nutrition. Get support for increasing your intake of fruits and vegetables and for transitioning to a plant-based diet and lifestyle.

You will have access to the freshest local nutritionally rich fruits and vegetables, a cooking demo and recipes, veggie and vegan specialist food concessionaires, special discounts, free samples of plant-based products, raffle prizes, kids entertainment, music, and so much more!
