The Thrill of the Grill

Let’s step outside, light up the grill, and prepare a unique selection of dishes that will thrill your taste buds. Dio will prepare bruschetta with grilled figs, ricotta and prosciutto; cedar planked spice rubbed wild salmon with grilled tomato salsa; baby back ribs with chipotle blackberry BBQ sauce, and grilled flat iron steak with grilled onions.

Cancellation Policy: Please call if you are unable to attend. Fee is non-refundable and classes are nontransferable with less than a 48-hour cancellation notice. We reserve the right to cancel classes with enrollment of eight students or less.
