The Co-op’s grass-fed lamb is cause for celebration. In this class, you’ll learn a variety of recipes showcasing this special treat with flavors from around the globe. Chef Dio will make: roasted rack of lamb with lemon herb crust; grilled lamb loin chops charmoula; Argentinian style grilled leg of lamb with chimichurri sauce, and lamb burgers with Greek salad, pita and tzatziki sauce.
