Kids & Teens in the Kitchen: Mexican Fiesta
Saturday, April 12 2014, 10:00am - 12:30pm

Empanadas are a staple of Mexican households—easy to carry and easy to adapt to whatever fillings you like. Today we'll make this traditional Mexican dish filled with ground beef, cheese and vegetables. Along with our empanadas, we'll have guacamole and a hearty black bean salad. For dessert we'll make Mexican wedding cookies.
