This class will elevate the iconic image of dough, cheese and sauce to new heights. Learn to make semolina, cornmeal and whole wheat dough adorned with tasty toppings: smoked salmon, asparagus, and chive crème fraîche; porcini mushrooms, prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella; five-spiced duck, hoisin sauce, scallions and sesame seeds, and new potato, green garlic, crispy kale, bacon and chèvre.
