Come explore the spicy and flavorful cuisine of Korea. Chef Mayumi will walk you through the tips and tricks necessary to create authentic dishes. The class will feature an all new menu: kalbi—BBQ beef short ribs; kimbap—Korean sushi roll; kimchi jjigae—a spicy kimchi stew, and pajeon—a green onion pancake with chili-soy dipping sauce.
