Grilling season is here! Great grilled chicken starts with a great product, and we’ll use fabulous organic Smart Chicken in several tasty recipes. Chef Dio shares his secrets to grilled chicken that is succulent and never dry as he prepares pollo al mattone—Tuscan style split chickens grilled under a brick; sticky and sweet BBQ chicken; brined and grilled honey Dijon chicken thighs, and Tandoori spiced marinated chicken breasts with cilantro-mint chutney.
