Just because you’re vegan or want to eat more vegetables doesn’t mean you have to give up the grill! Emily will show you how satisfying a plant-based diet can be with this festive menul: grilled artichokes with herbed caper aioli; grilled Caesar salad with heirloom tomatoes; all-American burger two ways, and grilled peach shortcake with homemade vanilla bean ice cream.
