Farm Fresh Flavors at Common Kettle Farm
Saturday, June 21 2014, 9:00am - 12:00pm

Join Marga at her 2.6-acre farm and homestead in Orangevale for an inspiring class focused on enjoying the bounty of summer. We will harvest and prepare a menu that will highlight the creative use of farm-fresh summer produce with the beautiful backdrop of this semi-rural paradise.  As we tour the farm and the newly built straw bale structure, we’ll also have an opportunity to connect and learn about sustainable living.

Instructor: Marga den Hoed

$45, $35 Co-op owners and Slow Food members

Note: This class is held at Common Kettle Farm / 6825 Walnut Ave / Orangevale, CA 95662
