Vegan Summer Entertaining

Entertaining in the summer needn’t be fussy or complicated. Emily shows us how shopping seasonally and preparing just a bit ahead of time can help create some of the healthiest and tastiest of meals. Our seasonal menu includes: mixed greens bisque with fresh dill; marinated tofu panzanella skewers; farro salad with summer vegetables and pistachio pesto, and fruity mint sorbet.
