Grains are good for you—we all know that—but that doesn’t mean they are dull! Ame shows us how to dress up ancient grains for interesting and delicious results: farro, tomato and herb salad; millet, leek and mushroom bites with chive oil; spelt risotto with artichokes, thyme and crème fraîche, and a spring vegetable salad with crispy quinoa and tarragon vinaigrette.
