Wine Country Cuisine: Celebrating Local Wines!
Saturday, April 26 2014, 3:00pm - 6:00pm

This class pairs a menu of mouthwatering seasonal cuisine with some of our favorite local wines. We will enjoy asparagus soup with goat cheese croutons; steamed mussels with spicy chorizo sausage; pork roast stuffed with rainbow chard and golden raisins, and a chocolate hazelnut tartine made with toasted brioche and fresh strawberries. Class will include a discussion of the wine pairings and how each one complements the food course.
