Art and Science of Cheesemaking: Camembert

There is true magic and alchemy in cheesemaking; an infinite number of variations—all from essentially one simple ingredient—milk. Camembert is one of the most iconic cheeses in the world. In this class, you will make your very own Camembert using Straus organic milk, and learn how to ripen and age it at home.
