In this class we'll focus on classic Italian dishes: butternut squash ravioli with sage and brown butter sauce; roasted vegetables with Italian herbs, and biscotti for dessert. We’ll make the dough for the ravioli by hand—the same way people have done it in Italy for centuries—and then use pasta machines to roll out the ravioli. This is a vegetarian class with lots of flavors to enjoy and cooking techniques to learn!
