The Farmer & The Chef with Tom Willey of T&D Willey Farms

Join us for dinner and conversation with the people behind our food. Meet Tom Willey of T&D Willey Farms—who grows amazing vegetables and is one of the most eloquent farmers we know—and enjoy a meal featuring the farm’s produce, created by Chef Ame Harrington.

Tom and Ame will discuss what it takes to put the menu together—from the soil to the plate.

NOTE: Special Guest Nathanael Johnson from Grist will be on hand to continue the conversation with Tom Willey that was first published here.

 Our menu celebrates the transition from winter into spring: parsnip potato soup with rapini salsa verde; fennel roasted pork loin with braised escarole; Brussels sprout-carrot-potato mash with pan jus, and coconut cream lemon bars.
