Udon Noodle Workshop
Saturday, March 01 2014, 2:00pm - 4:30pm

Udon noodles are one of the ultimate Japanese comfort foods—adaptable to cold or warm weather, and making your own udon is simple and fun. Sawako will teach you the techniques essential for making the best noodles from scratch. She will also demonstrate how to make authentic vegetarian broth and fish stock to use as a base for your delectable noodles, and you will learn some traditional and modern recipes for using your udon. This class combines hands-on practice with cooking demonstrations.
