Join Shankari as she explores the legume bean in a variety of delectable traditional Indian dishes: chutney with coconut and green chilies; roasted garbanzo beans; spicy masoor dal—rice pilaf with pink lentils, and a sweet and creamy kheer seasoned with cardamom.
