Embrace the Cajun motto, “live to eat” with this sizzling menu, and your taste buds will surely be shouting “let the good times roll!” Celebrate Mardi Gras with Chef Dio as he prepares a variety of authentic dishes: shrimp and grits; chicken and sausage gumbo; spicy jambalaya; seafood ettoufé, and buttermilk chive corn bread.
