Spanish tapas are meant to be shared, so these savory morsels are perfect for a mid-winter party! Ame shares some tricks that restaurant chefs use as she teaches us how to create small plates that are big on flavor. Our tapas menu includes: marinated lemon-cumin carrots; smoky almonds; tosta de boquerones—marinated white anchovies on toasts with piquillo pepper sauce; blue cheese-date croquettes, and crispy potatoes with spicy tomato sauce.
