Bistro Style with Formoli’s Bistro

Celebrate bacon and beyond in this bistro-inspired menu! Chef Aimal Formoli creates fabulous seasonal menus from local ingredients for his eponymous East Sac restaurant. Now he joins us at the Co-op to do the same thing—right before our eyes—and of course we get to taste everything he creates! Be inspired by one of the shining stars of the Sacramento Farm to Fork scene!
