Bacon Fest! Bacon 101

Bacon lovers like to say, “Bacon makes everything better!” We’ll put that theory to the test as we look at the (pork) belly of the beast with our fearless guide, Chef Kevin O'Connor. The chef leads a lively discussion of all things pork, including sourcing, butchering, curing, smoking and slicing. He’ll also demonstrate different cooking methods and recipes for bacon-onion jam; bacon wrapped chicken roulade, and bacon-almond toffee.
