The Art of Fermentation: Homemade Tempeh

Although it originated in Indonesia, tempeh is now a part of vegetarian cuisine around the world. Tempeh is a fermented food, appreciated for its firm texture, earthy flavor, and probiotic health benefits. Making your own tempeh at home is surprisingly easy! Learn the the simple steps to creating this tasty, high quality protein food yourself as Eileen demonstrates and prepares a few recipes for us to enjoy. Then you’ll be ready to add this versatile and delicious soy food to your menus at home.
