Local food writer Hank Shaw is famous for his James Beard Award-winning blog Hunter Angler Gardener Cook, and for his ability to make food out of almost anything. Here he shares some of his stories and secrets and a few recipes from his latest book, Duck, Duck, Goose. Hank will show us how to roast a goose, break down a whole duck, sear a duck breast and make confit. Whether your birds come from the wild or from the Co-op, this will be an evening you don’t want to miss!
