Gems of the fungi kingdom (and a foodie’s kitchen), mushrooms are meaty, delectable and diverse. Ame will demonstrate an array of savory mushroom-inspired dishes using the varieties that are at their seasonal peak. Our menu includes shaved mushroom salad with parsley and lemon; goat cheese and mushroom tartlets; savory mushroom spread on toast points; mushroom leek soup with coconut butter and toasty quinoa, and wild mushroom lentil bites with basil Parmesan sauce.
