High Steaks and Budget Cuts
Tuesday, March 11 2014, 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Enjoying beef doesn’t have to mean a New York strip or filet mignon dinner that will break the bank! If you choose less expensive cuts of meat, you can include high quality pasture-raised and grass-fed beef in your meals regularly. Chefs from coast to coast have discovered these tasty cuts, and our own Chef Dio will show you how to prepare marinated skirt steak with chimichurri sauce; Korean bulgogi-style hanger steak with kimchi relish; spice-rubbed bavette steak tacos with guacamole, and grilled flat iron steak with herbed compound butter.

Instructor: Dionisio Esperas
