Spring Pie Workshop
Monday, March 10 2014, 6:00pm - 8:30pm

Perfect your pie skills just in time for spring! Students will learn the techniques behind traditional lemon meringue, coconut cream with a painted chocolate crust, and a light and airy spring ricotta and honey tart with crunchy almonds. Students will make a mini tart during class, and leave with samples and recipes of the day. Clean out your pie-fear cobwebs and spring forward into pie heaven!
