French country cooking allows fresh seasonal ingredients to shine without being fussy or complicated. Join Jill as she shares her passion for French cooking with this simple yet elegant menu. We will enjoy a crab, avocado and grapefruit salad; creamy cauliflower soup garnished with toasted walnuts; pan seared duck breast with candied kumquats and sautéed winter greens, and a pear clafoutis for dessert.
