Asian Street Food
Thursday, February 13 2014, 6:30pm - 8:30pm

If you love the culinary and cultural adventure of street food you’re not alone; this humble style of cooking and eating is popular across the globe. Bring the best of the streets into your kitchen with these exotic and earthy Asian flavors: dakkochi—Korean chicken skewers; yakisoba—Japanese stir-fried noodles with cabbage and pork; Indonesian beef satay with spicy peanut sauce, and por pia tod—shrimp and vegetable spring rolls with sweet chili sauce from Thailand.

Instructor: Mayumi Tavalero

$45, $35 Co-op owners
