Tacos, pupusas, savory, crispy and sweet—the street foods and flavors from our neighboring cultures to the south are so tantalizing! Chef Dio takes us on a culinary journey as he makes papusas filled with beans and cheese and topped with spicy curtido; pork tacos al pastor; meaty-cheesy Cuban sandwiches, and crispy cinnamon sugar buñuelos for dessert.
