The classic combination of meat and potatoes comes to life in this class as Chef Dio highlights these hearty comfort foods. Add these recipes to your repertoire to help you get through the long winter ahead: herb brined slow roasted pork shoulder with fingerling potatoes; old fashioned brisket with mashed potatoes; lamb cacciatore with potato gnocchi, and savory meatloaf with smashed red potatoes.
