The Korean Kitchen

Come explore the spicy and flavorful cuisine of Korea. You will learn the techniques and ingredients necessary to create your favorite Korean dishes. We’ll make napa cabbage kimchee; bulgogi—a spicy grilled beef and rice lettuce wrap with chili-garlic sauce; japchae—stir fried vegetables with cellophane noodles, and bibimbap—a tasty rice bowl with grilled chicken, veggies and a fried egg on top.
