These kebabs are perfect for simple dinners and make fun finger foods for holiday entertaining. Pretty much anything can go on a skewer—meats, vegetables, even cheese! Shankari shares some of her favorite combos: chicken tikka; spicy beef shammi kebabs; veggie kebabs with paneer; fresh mint chutney for dipping, and tasty roasted garbanzo beans with Indian spices on the side.
