Kitchen Adventures - Pork to Fork with Michael Tuohy

Chefs in Farm to Fork restaurants are innovative and flexible—ready to create beautiful and delicious dishes from what local farms and producers have to offer. Join chefs from some of Sacramento’s best restaurants and learn to devise a menu inspired by the season. You will cook a 4-course meal side-by-side with the chef, learn tips for cooking with what is locally available, and then sit down and enjoy your meal together.

Local organic pork meets the harvest season for an unforgettable feast! Join Chef Tuohy and create a seasonal meal featuring farm fresh produce and "Riverdog Hog" from Capay Valley’s Riverdog Farm.
