Happy Hour: Cheese Course

The Co-op’s resident cheese expert Lori Friedli shares her passion for cheese with us in this quick intro to different styles of cheese and how to show them off to their best advantage. Learn about the four basic cheese categories and taste examples of each. You’ll have what you need to put together an impressive cheese board with exceptional and everyday accoutrements.

Cancellation Policy: Please call if you are unable to attend. Fee is non-refundable and classes are nontransferable with less than a 48-hour cancellation notice. We reserve the right to cancel classes with enrollment of eight students or less.
