Thanksgiving is a time of gratitude, and in this class we’ll learn how easy it is to give thanks over a plant-based feast that doesn’t skimp on flavor or tradition! Our menu includes: butternut and kale salad with cranberries; candied walnuts and oil-free sherry vinaigrette; white bean and vegetable pot pie; easy stovetop green bean casserole; maple-roasted sweet potatoes, and spiced apple pecan pie.
