Join Chef Dionisio Esperas for a Mediterranean-inspired feast celebrating California olive oils. Menu: Three classic sauces, chimichurri, salsa verde and aioli, olive oil poached fish; classic Tuscan focaccia; pasta with arugula & meyer lemon olive oil pesto, and olive oil ice cream. Pablo Voitzuk of Pacific Sun Olive Oil will be on hand to answer questions and lead an olive oil appreciation.
