Homemade Mozzarella Workshop
Thursday, September 05 2013, 6:00pm - 8:30pm

Mozzarella is a fresh Italian cheese made in the pasta filata, or “spun paste” tradition. Join artisan cheesemaker Sacha Laurin for this hands-on class. Discover the fun and art of making and stretching your own mozzarella. Each student will leave class with their own ball of mozzarella to take home—for all your late-summer caprese salads!
