Get to know the Sacramento Food Shed present and past, from Nisenan villages and John Sutter to the canneries and today's urban farms and
foodies. Get a taste of today's local produce, at its source and where it is served.

Part 1 (22 miles) • 8:30 –11:30 am
Depart from Chocolate Fish (4749 Folsom Blvd.) at 8:30
Visit: Soil Born Farms • Selland's Market

Part 2 (4 miles) • 11:30 am – 1:30 pm
Depart from Selland's Market (5340 H Street) at 11:30 am
Visit: Gardens • Libby's Cannery

A bike helmet, water bottle, sunscreen, a hat, and shoes for walking around the farm are recommended. Snacks and water refills will be provided. Bring cash if you'd like to purchase anything extra from the farmstand or restaurants we'll visit.

 Meet at Chocolate Fish Coffee, 4749 Folsom Blvd at 48th Street. You will be required to sign a waiver before participating.

Cancellation Policy: Please call if you are unable to attend. Fee is non-refundable and classes are nontransferable with less than a 48-hour cancellation notice. We reserve the right to cancel classes with enrollment of eight students or less.
