Kitchen Adventures - Stocking the Summer Larder with Michael Tuohy
Thursday, August 29 2013, 6:00pm - 8:30pm

Chefs in Farm to Fork restaurants are innovative and flexible—ready to create beautiful and delicious dishes from what local farms and producers have to offer. Join chefs from some of Sacramento’s best restaurants and learn to devise a menu inspired by the season. You will cook a 4-course meal side-by-side with the chef, learn tips for cooking with what is locally available, and then sit down and enjoy your meal together.

Chef Michael Tuohy says, “There’s no reason not to eat great food all the time!” With the right ingredients on hand, that can be true for you too. After an evening with this master chef, you’ll be able to whip up great food fast.
