Smaller pizzas mean more little bites instead of a few big pieces, allowing you to create and sample a wide array of flavors. In this hands-on class, Lucia will guide you in making some of her favorites: pizzettas with olive tapenade and pecorino cheese; fig and prosciutto pizza; Sicilian sun dried tomato pizzettas; pizza gardenia, and three cheese and herb pizzetta.
