End of Summer Vegan Indian Feast

Indian cuisine lends itself well to vegan preparations with dishes that focus on vegetables, grains and legumes. Shankari will share her tips and recipes for making delicious Indian fare with no animal products. We’ll feast on crispy vegetable pakoras; creamy roasted eggplant curry; homemade rotis, and cool off with a fresh mango lassi.
