Enjoy the vibrant flavors of Mexican cuisine without having to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. We will practice making fresh homemade flour tortillas and enjoy them with chipotle shrimp and tomatillo guacamole. Jill will prepare a creamy fresh corn soup with roasted poblano chilies; slow-cooked achiote pork in banana leaves, and a refreshing lime ice with cucumber and mint for dessert.

Note: this class is demonstration style with a hands on component which consists of making homemade flour tortillas
