Contrary to popular belief, French cooking does not have to be fussy or complicated to be delicious! Jill shares her passion for French cooking and seasonal local ingredients in this simple yet elegant French menu. Enjoy a salad with seared scallops, fresh corn, nectarines and basil; chicken meunière with roasted cherry tomatoes in a white wine sauce; summer vegetable gratin with heirloom tomatoes, zucchini, potatoes and Gruyère, and a plum raspberry crumble for dessert.
