Join Dio for an evening of grilling on the patio and learn new ideas for ribs and chicken dinners. We’ll make spice rubbed sweet and smoky pork ribs with apricot BBQ sauce; Korean beef bulgogi ribs; sticky BBQ chicken thighs; Sierra Nevada brined beer can chicken, and three cabbage slaw. Celebrate the end of summer with one last backyard barbecue full of modern twists on classic favorites.
