Flexibility can be lost over time, but if you’re able to sustain it, you can improve circulation, increase energy levels, reduce lower back pain and decrease daily aches and pains. Health and wellness expert Alex Lara will demonstrate tips and techniques for maintaining flexibility, and provide group training for participants in this interactive class. Wear athletic/casual attire for in-class instruction and practice.
