Kitchen Adventures with Fabrizio Cercatore

Chefs in Farm to Fork restaurants are innovative and flexible—ready to create beautiful and delicious dishes from what local farms and producers have to offer. Join chefs from some of Sacramento’s best restaurants and learn to devise a menu inspired by the season. You will cook a 4-course meal side-by-side with the chef, learn tips for cooking with what is locally available, and then sit down and enjoy your meal together.

HOT ITALIAN’s “maestro pizzaiolo” is back to teach us how to create the perfect pizza, from dough to toppings and beyond, alongside beautiful summer salads.
