Gigi shares some of her favorite recipes and techniques for seasonal greens with roasted corn salsa and chili lime ranch; chicken, black bean and green chile quesadillas; chunky guacamole shrimp cocktail; Kahlua flan, and vanilla ice cream with Mexican chocolate sauce.
