Back to Basics: Essential Skills and Recipes for the Aspiring Chef

Cooking is a skill that can open up a whole new world of techniques, flavors and discoveries! This series of classes will give you the basic building blocks for a well-rounded repertoire and inspire you to explore your own creativity in the kitchen.

In Fearless Fish and Seafood, you’ll discover that even some experienced home cooks are intimidated by seafood, but you’ll be able to banish your fears! Learn how to choose the freshest seafood and how to prepare grilled shrimp; blackened salmon; garlicky white wine mussels, and more—depending on the day’s freshest catch!
